  After an upsetting and very stressful visit to a store who offer the same service I was wary of going to Blackpool Cash Converters. Before even bringing my goods in to sell I checked that they would accept them & my ID. As I was in a wheelchair I needed my husband to take the items up to be valued. The staff in the store were extremely helpful, I was in my self propelling wheelchair & they ensured that I had company the whole time I was there, incase I needed anything. I spoke initially with a gentleman who I believe was called Mark, he has many tattoos, an ear spacer & shiny head. ( sorry. I hope he doesn’t object to my description. ) He told me that they would do their best to match the price I had been quoted by the other store online. It came clear that that wouldn’t be possible. It was then that Tony Ward ( I assume the Store Owner ) became part of the chats. I explained the abuse I had sustained elsewhere & that whilst my items were being valued I had found items that I was keen to get. He explained that they work differently from other stores, but that he would do his best to help me as much as he could. I am so glad I went there, I got a 32” TV, iPhone 5, MacBook, Blackberry & some xBox 360 items & cash back. On paper their “cashback / trade in” value was looking less but I feel I left the store with a massive part of my Christmas shopping taken care of and I got a lot better value than I was ever going to get elsewhere. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their customer service. They are friendly, helpful & a massive thing, from my point of view was how accommodating they were of my disability. Everything I needed to do / sign was brought down to me. No matter what you’re looking for I would recommend you make these guys your first stop. You won’t be disappointed.

  Cash converters, this is a place where you bring goods to, or items that you no longer need from mobile phones, computers, television, radios, etc and get cash for them, ' if you are a person who wants to buy used Good's then cash converters is the place, but remember they do give you a grace period, that if you have a problem they will take it back, but please check with the staff there, lastly its is important that you are a ware that they are second hands goods, and what you get, is what you get.
