  I am use to work here from 25 september 2017 until late feb 2018 and within 6 weeks i loved working at the complay but after that it was working in hell the mangers have no respect at all and swearing at you and the supervisors can,t speak any english at all. they expect you to lean there words knowing its england not there country. plus i didn,t get any training at all i had to lean myself how i did the job on my own. they don,t give dam about the staff unless you are from over seas so i m asking please avoid from all cost

  Lailas Fine Foods is a factory producing over 120K meals a day. The workforce is predominantly production with a front office team and a family of directors who have grown and developed the business to a multi-million pound turnover. When you join be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. There is no room for time-wasters in this business. You need to use your initiative, have resilience and be positive. No day is the same and as with any business who produces food, the main focus is on the product quality and getting it to the customers on time. If you want to do well don’t waste their time and make sure that you are alert and aware at all times. It can be fun and as the company has grown there are lots of interesting people joining who contribute to the multi-cultural mix and that makes for a diverse & interesting environment.

  I would recommend this company for the excellent choice of food they produce. Myself and my Wife have enjoyed most of the products . I was surprised when I rang to say how delicious the meals were that I was asked if I wanted to be put through to one of the Directors. Great that they care about customers views.
