Well I can only say that Simon went out of his way for me big time... my bike broke down today, not even a bike I bought from them, but as I had in the past, I called to see if they would!? They came out to help no questions asked... Fantastic afterservice, picked me up and dropped me home. Even refused the petrol money I offered. Thank you
